5 Ingredient Vegan Banana Pancakes

Is there anything better than pancakes on a Sunday morning? How about Vegan Banana Pancakes on a Sunday morning? With only 5 ingredients, these pancakes are the perfect cozy breakfast or brunch to enjoy this weekend morning. They are so simple and easy to make so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time nuzzled up with a big plate of heaven. These pancakes are moist, dense, and simply perfect. They can also be made gluten free by substituting oat flour instead of all purpose. Enjoy!

Vegan Banana Pancakes Recipe:

2 ripe mashed bananas
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups almond milk
2 cups flour (use oat flour for GF option)
Vegan Butter or Coconut Oil for Frying

Recommended Batter Add-Ins
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup

In 1 bowl, mash the ripe bananas, mix with baking powder, almond milk, and option add ins. Then, stir in flour and mix until combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Heat a skillet on the stove to medium and once it’s hot, add a little butter and spoon in about 3-4 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and then flip the pancakes.
