Cinnamon Sugar donuts are one of those classic donut flavors that everyone loves. There's nothing not to like! They're fluffy, buttery, and flavored with vanilla! They're coated with a little vegan butter, and cinnamon sugar topping, and the results are amazing! These donuts are perfection and they're also super easy, vegan, and can be made gluten free! This is a family-friendly and kid-friendly dessert that everyone will love, anyone can make, and no one will suspect is vegan!

Preheat Oven to 375

In a large mixing bowl, mix the almond milk, melted plant butter, sugar (or sugar and stevia), baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla. Then, mix in the all-purpose flour until a batter forms.

Pour the batter into 12-14 greased donut molds or lined muffin cups. Bake for about 25 minutes until the donuts have risen and lightly golden.

While the donuts are baking, prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing the cinnamon and sugar together in a shallow bowl.

Once donuts are done and have cooled for 5 minutes, brush with melted plant butter and then toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.
